In the event that you, the policy holder, need to report a claim, we hope you will discover that our Claims Staff, Marine Adjustors, Investigators, and Marine Surveyors are knowledgeable, fast, fair, and courteous.

To expedite your claim process, it will be very helpful to have the following information available to our claims staff, when you first report the claim to us.

  • Policy or Binder Number.
  • Date and time of loss.
  • Location of the loss.
  • Type and description of loss.
  • Location of the Boat.
  • All contact phone numbers, such as Cell, Work, Home, etc.
  • Email Address
